I am excited to collaborate with organic farmers, Bushrah and Nevau from Those Who Harvest for an evening of good food and wine in aid of their fire restoration campaign after a recent devastating fire on their farm.
Come join me in my Vredehoek kitchen for a 4 course seasonal menu celebrating organic produce, fellow artisans and excellent local wines from small scale producer FRAM wines & Lowerland Organic.

My seasonal supper clubs are about sharing and the bringing together of a community over really good plates of food while celebrating small scale farmers.
The format is casual, come take a seat and share a 4 course seasonal inspired meal and wines together with me, Bushrah and Nevau where all the proceeds will go towards their fire restoration campaign on their farm.
You can expect lots of seasonal plates, ferments, sauces and home brews in my quest to preserve the organic seasons.

Please note: Unfortunately, I am unable to cater for any specific dietary requirements. Depending on my menu, all courses will be veg focused and vegetarian but I might serve them with a chicken or fish platter on the side.
